Have you ever seen someone so ugly that you wish you can scrub your eyes to remove the image from your retinas? Yeah, I had one of those encounters downtown when I was heading to dinner with some friends. The image is so horrendous I can't even describe it. But think assless chaps on a late Marlon Brando.
