| ( READ ATTACHED PRESS RELEASE ) Following the game�s shipping, Nintendo today announced that New Super Mario Bros for the Nintendo DS has managed to sell in excess of 500,000 units in the United States. Adding up to a sell-through rate of 20 copies every minute since its May 15th debut, the New Super Mario Bros. is the latest adventure for Mario, taking the character back to its 2D roots.
